Detailing Workshop and BBQ at Auto Vino in San Carlos

To start 2024 and to prepare our rides and ourselves for the sparkling New Year, JAG has organized a Detailing Workshop and BBQ at Auto Vino in San Carlos.

The workshop will be presented by Diamond Car Care Systems, who prepare cars ranging from Vintage and Classic to Supercars. Diamond Car Care Systems is renowned in the Bay area for their expert preparation of vehicles for events such as the Hillsborough Concours and Pebble Beach Concours.  Diamond Car Care Systems is experienced in the applications of various paint protection treatments and can advise on the best solution for your favorite car, or cars.  Diamond Car Care Systems home base is Auto Vino.

Our club has visited Auto Vino several times previously and always enjoyed their great BBQ lunch accompanied by tastings of Woodside Vineyards' excellent wines.  In their new facility in San Carlos, they continue to house great cars, including some JAG member cars and a variety of uncommon Classic and Exotic cars.

We will gather at Auto Vino, at 380 Industrial Rd., San Carlos, CA 94070 at  9:30 am on Saturday, January 13th for the Diamond Car Care Systems presentation between 10:00 am and 11:30 pm followed by a gourmet BBQ lunch prepared by Auto Vino.   Your lunch will be a buffet of your choice including SALMON FILET, TRI TIP SANDWICH, HAMBURGER, and a SALAD. Soft drinks and water are included with your lunch. The Woodside Vineyards’ current vintages can be sampled to accompany your meal for a small fee if you wish. Reduced rates for JAG club are a bottle for $25.00 and a glass of wine for $12.00.

Following lunch, we will hold a brief member meeting to update you on JAG happenings and plans for 2024, and you will have an opportunity to view the great cars in storage at Auto Vino.
