East Bay Drive to Back Forty Texas BBQ

It’s time for another East Bay drive, this one is led by our favorite New Zealander Stuart Smedley.  We’ve picked a Saturday, May 24th to traverse the East Bay hills. We’ll all be wearing Hawaiian attire just for fun!  The East Bay hills will provide a fascinating combination of driving conditions and scenery. With good weather you’ll see the entire Bay Area from skyline Blvd and Grizzly Peak. The two-hour tour will start in Castro Valley and loop through some truly scenic vistas until we arrive at our final destination in Pleasant Hill.  The BACK FORTY TEXAS BBQ. 

We will meet at 9:00AM in the Castro Valley Community Center parking lot at 18988 Lake Chabot Rd in Castro Valley, with a planned departure of 10:00AM.
