Mount Tam to Valley Ford

Join JAG Saturday, March 8th at 9:00AM  at the Safeway parking lot at 1 Camino Alto, Mill Valley.

Take 101 north or south and exit at E. Blithdale Ave.

Head west for ¾ mile, then turn left onto Camino Alto and the Safeway Parking lot will be on your right after ½ mile.

There is a Starbucks next to Safeway for refreshments. 

We’ll meet at the far end of the parking lot near the corner of Camino Alto and Miller Ave where there’s lot of parking.  We’ll be leaving at 10:00AM.

We”ll drive to the top of Mount Tam, and park on the East Peak, which is 2300 feet above SF. There is a visitor’s center, look out point and bathrooms.
